(Centric means in or in the center)Individual supplier gives access to buying organizations for a Pre-Negotiated product range. here buyer and supplier have a contractual relationship..
Here what happens supplier is at center, customer is not given preference.
While selling product to customer, supplier does not consider choices or preferences of customer. e.g Uni lever has certain range of shampoo, but they do not manufacture Anti Hair Fall shampoo,, and you are demanding it.. what supplier will say that we have this range we deal only this range..customer-centric considers the different actions that can be taken for a specific customer and decides on the ‘best’ one..
here while purchasing goods customers will be put at center, and will be considered..
