Dear sir,
there is extensive coverage of profit and loss calculations on buying and selling of the options in the latest bpp study text. (Stuff like subtract underlying from exercise price, and the value of option being higher of zero and the difference between exercise price and underlying).
I have gone through lectures in chapt 13 & 14, and have not found this. How relevant is this to the exam?
