Concept is same in every book! examples are self created .. and lectures are the result of lot of study.. no specific book is used!
in open tuition lectures tutor speaks about the page no. i was asking about that.
if tutor mentions page numbers he means OT notes.
However some lectures are recorded on the base of , say 2010 notes, so pages that he mentions in lectures might not always correspond with page of current notes.
