Plz any one upload only three additions in F7 syllabus in Business combination area

D1c) The circumstances in which a group is required to prepare consolidates financial statements.

D1d) Exemption from the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

D1e The reasons directors may not wish to consolidate a subsidiary and the circumstances where this is permitted.
