I have noticed of recent more questions relate to calculations around selling off part of the company or costing a subsidiary. Is there a step by step process we can use. There are a lot of moving parts and things I won’t normally consider or forget to calculate such as the interest savings after the sale, the non current asset etc.
And a best lay out/proforma to folow.
It would be very helpful.
You can’t really learn a set of rules because every question is different, and every question involves using several different techniques.
Do watch my free lectures and do watch the ‘revision kit live’ lectures working through a few past exam questions. (And, of course, work through every question in your Revision Kit, and learn from them)
