Dear sir,
Can I have few real life example for virtual and shamrock organisation?
Is that only the IT company can be this kind of organisation??
Thanks.
Best regards,
Leornado
No other companies can be virtual also, but usually they need to have good IT to organise things. Apple, admittedly and IT company, could be an example. Its core activity is design and development. Manufacturing and distribution is then outsourced. They have some of their own stores, but also sell though other retailers.
Fashion houses might be considered virtual also, concentrating on design, but letting others manufacture, distribute and sell.
