Under this question, Specific written represention request by auditor is denied by management for warranty provision which is material, however we have Analytical procedure of comparing to previous year which is consistent. On model answer it is stated “we add an extra paragraph before opinion explaining reason for modification, isn’t that basis opinion and isn’t that always comes after opinion paragraph?”
ISAs 700, 705 and 706 were revised w.e.f December 2016 when ISA 701 was issued.
We strongly recommend that you use a current edition Approved Revision Question Bank in which past exam Qs & As have been technically updated, as necessary, in your preparation for the exam.
