My Dear Tutor, I have another question

It says Division A has annual production and sales of baths are 80000 units including maximum annual market demand for baths are also 80000 units.

Division B says Maximum annual internal demand for sets of fittings are 80000 units

My question is that does Division A produce internall 80000 units or are these 80000 units come from Division B?

If you read the first paragraph of the question you will see that Division A makes the baths. In order to make the baths they need fittings, which they currently buy from Division B (they also need other materials, but they buy them externally).

Division A makes 80,000 baths, and therefore needs 80,000 sets of fittings.
