Hi everyone
Can you please explain the difference between F3 UK & F3 INT . I bought the Kaplan book & found it to be rubbish as it didn’t show how to apply the theory. I’ve looked at Open Tution which also has F3 Int notes.

I would not call a Kaplan book rubbish. I used it myself, it provides u practical examples. However to fully benefit from the book and to prepare for a test exam like F3 u absolutely need a revision kit, not just a book.good luck

April 12, 2011 at 7:40 pm #80768Well , i’m not very familiar with UK GAAP,
but i would suggest u study F3 Int, as GAAP are being replaced by IFRS.GAAP is specificly UK accounting practice and IFRS are international reporting standards. Don’t mix them.
