Hi everyone
Can you please explain the difference between F3 UK & F3 INT . I bought the Kaplan book & found it to be rubbish as it didn’t show how to apply the theory. I’ve looked at Open Tution which also has F3 Int notes.
F3 UK is based on UK GAAP, and F3 INT is based on IFRS.
I would not call a Kaplan book rubbish. I used it myself, it provides u practical examples. However to fully benefit from the book and to prepare for a test exam like F3 u absolutely need a revision kit, not just a book.
good luck
Does it make any difference if you look at F3 UK OR F3 int? I find it very confusing with 2 different versions
Well , i’m not very familiar with UK GAAP,
but i would suggest u study F3 Int, as GAAP are being replaced by IFRS.
GAAP is specificly UK accounting practice and IFRS are international reporting standards. Don’t mix them.
