    What does “Separation of powers” and “Fusion of powers” mean

    Which word do you not understand? Separation is where powers are divided whereas fusion is where they are combined.

    Does that answer it?

    Where have you read the expression “Fusion of powers”. If I have the same source, I’ll also read it and try to interpret it for you
