    Hello,
Wonder if somebody can answer this for me.
    In calculating a, b and r
    a) Do I have to calculate every single item to get the full marks or
    b) Can I use my calculator to get the sums of a, b, x, y x2, y2 and xy and r and still get the same marks.

    hey aodaro,
Well you dont need to make the marker to start wondering where you u got those figures from, instead calculate all of them to show him that you know what you are doing. The other reason for showing your workings is that you might make an arithmetic error in adding up totals,if the examiner can see how you were calculating,he can be able to give you you marks because you know what you are doing.have a good day

    Hi Nivcool,

Thanks for responding. I see you argument and have taken it on board ie would show all my workings to get the marks.

    Kind regards
