Pls advise me. I found old notes / from last exam/ exam kit Kaplan and study text for P3. Do you think that I will be able to study from them and just to refer to some changes, or they are totally useless?

They are not totally useless. However, quality is no longer on the syllabus and a lot of material from F5 is now included (marginal costing, forecasting techniques etc). Project management has been increased.
