    Sure –

This exam is all about practice. Learn the rules as much as you can and then don’t worry that you don’t know it all because it all comes from practicing full length questions. Take an interest in it as well. Don’t be put off by the fact you have to learn so much material – because you need to approach it in sections.

Losses / basis periods / groups / DTR are by far the hardest part of the syllabus. Simplify the rules around these areas and just attack them.

Personal income tax is the easiest part but dont take for granted that it will show up. When I sat my exam – it didn’t – and people were very upset. Don’t get caught out by the examiner. You play to win the game.

Keep a fresh mind when you do the calculations – because sleepy heads tend to mess up the numbers.

    Hope that helps.

Hey platinum i could use some advice also, I am also studying for june 11 attempt of f6. The way im doing it is the notes that are provided by my teacher i completely write them into easy words so i can memorize them, so this way when all the syllabus piles up i can do a good quick revision. I have attempted all the questions for sections my teacher has covered, im trying to focus on hard areas such as basis period by giving them more time.

Can you please tell me what are your predictions for june 11 attempt will be it be easier since last attempt at 44 percent passing rate and before that 46

Because the last time it came down to 44 % the next examination increased passing rate of f6 to 58 %

    Please respond

    Thank You
