Have you got a suggested timetable for completing the chapters (leaving time for practising as well in the end) for the December sitting?

Sorry, but no. You should write your own timetable. You know how much time you have available for studying (and on which days). Leave at least 2 weeks at the end for practicing, and spread the lectures over the time you have available.
