Sorry, I am little bit stuck. I see the forum is a bit quite at the moment, I have just joined it. Can you please let me know how I set up the email notification for new topics?

Click on forums from the top, then groups directory. There you can join the groups, and whenever someone posts a message on that group, you will get an e-mail notification.
