    1. How can I differentiate between Sales and leaseback that result in Actual Sales or Not Actual Sales?

    2. What is the proper accounting entry for Sales and leaseback that is Actual Sales done at Sakes Proceeds greater than its FV? Can u give me example.

    Hi,

    1. You need to look at whether the transfer is a performance obligation under IFRS 15.

    2. This is covered in the class notes at the end of chapter 19.
