Good day sir,
Just a little clarification.
Doubt: When is an invesment property taxed at 18% – 28%?
From my understanding is that I assumed when the wording “Residential” is left out the property is taxed at 10% 20% but i found an inconsistency in bpp kit, past papers and kaplan questions were they are taxing at 18%-28%.
Please clear the doubt sir.
Thank you
Residential property is taxed at the higher rates – the term investment property merely differentiates it from the taxpayers’ PPR and may be either residential taxed at the higher rates or commercial taxed at the normal rates
