    Market conditions
    market conditions x ? 2/3 (x + y)
    rearranging 3x ? 2x + 2y
    or x ? 2y (3)
    also x, y ? 0
those question marks above are great and equal to signs.
Sorry my algebra is weak ,can you please tell me how he arranged that market condition equation ?

    Taking the first equation (x > 2/3(x + y) )

If you mutliply both sides by 3, you get

    3x > 2(x + y)

    Therefore 3x > 2x + 2y

Subtracting 2 x from both sides gives:

    x > 2y
