    Hi Ken,

I am currently using a 2015 study text and would like to confirm whether there has been any significant changes in the syllabus that would warrant purchase of latest materials.

I am aware that performance prism and beyond budgeting have been removed. Big data, integrated reporting and use of numerical data in performance management have been added to the syllabus.

Are there any other significant changes that I am unaware of?

Many thanks in advance and keep the good work up. The resources are very helpful.

    Regards

I think you have summarised the major changes correctly.

    Hi Sir,

    I hope you are well.

As far as I am aware, there is a change to P5, there is no longer option questions in part 2, therefore all questions are compulsory. I just wonder if my Jun 2018 revision kit is still applicable.

    Many thanks

Well, I think it is still OK. Question 1 is 50 marks now, but it will always be divided into several parts – as was the old-style Q1. Therefore, I think that change is superficial as you always answer each requirememt separately.

The fact that you have no options in questions must make the exam a bit harder (more dangerous to gamble etc) but that shouldn’t make your current book less relevant.
