Dear Sir
What do we assume when a tax rate is not given, and the calculation in their extract of SPL gives a calculation of tax rate with lots of decimal points? (seemingly unlikely to be the tax rate)
Margate (BPP study text question bank 20) needs the asset beta calculated for the adjusted present value but offers no tax rate

I do not think I have ever seen an exam question where the tax rate has not been given, and so there has never been a need to assume anything 🙂
I cannot comment on the BPP Study Text, because I only have the Revision Kit.
