According to handys theory , in the person culture which of the following would be correct?
A) contribution made by each employee is recongnized and appreciated
B) status symbols are there to remind staff of their place
C) People believe if they meet their job requirement , they will slowly progress to the senior managment
D) Rules are put in place and must be strictly followed by allCorrect answer is B… sir i have a querry in this question Why is A not the correct answer as in person culture staff is more valued then organisation itself?
I think it is an odd question and I don’t recognise any of the answers as relating to a person culture.

That makes no difference to my assessment of the question and I stand by my commemts. If Kaplan has not explained the answer in the kit, I suggest you contact them for an explanation.
