Hi there
I’m confused where the models are concerned-for example, company appraisal, could someone just list out the models for this? I know the models on their own but I have problems placing them into questions….i just dont seem to ever pick the right ones….. any other help in this regard would be very appreciated!
Thanks

Your question is a bit vague, company appraisal? do you mean company’s performance appraisal?

It’s most likely hinting SWOT. However for the analysis, as it mostly use for analyse the current position of the company hence you can put your answer into the context of
Internal – resource audit and capabilities
External – can try to use some factor of Porter’s 5 diamond such as rivalry, threat of substitution, bargaining power of supplier/ customer
Stakeholders position
Financial positionHope this help!
