I have just passed F5 and I’m now wondering which paper to do next? I have done them in order up until now – but if anyone has any general advice on which exam may be deemed “easier” to self study? I understand all of these exams are difficult but I’m just looking for advice for which may be an easier task to go at next?
Thanks all
I think relative ease/difficulty is too subjective to choose what you do next – so unless you have a specific (e.g. work-related) reason for studying for them in a different order, I would go with the established order. Even though AA(F8) does not require FR(F7) assumed knowledge it’s a good idea to be studying FR alongside or before AA as a reminder of the assumed FA(F3) knowledge. You should avoid sitting TX(F6) in the last session of the relevant Finance Act (or equivalent) so that if you were to fail you do not have learn new rules etc for a resit attempt.
