is there any diff. b/w shamrock and virtual org. or both are same ???

Pretty much the same – virtual organisations making great use of sub-contractors and organising suppliers.
Charles Handy is Irish, so was attracted to the name ‘Shamrock organisation’ because the Shamrock is the national flower of Ireland!
