can we make a case by our self in the exam or we need to wirte the casesof book only…
November 17, 2010 at 4:01 pm #70914NEVER, NEVER EVER make up a case name! You can illustarte your stated principle of law by making up an example. But quoting the name of an actual case is so much easier, quicker, professional and impressive ( to a marker! )
NO, Never make up a case name

November 24, 2010 at 10:09 pm #70917I have two questions :
Q1 : If for example comes a offer question , the illustration of principles related to offer are more than enough or one has to write a case name ?
Q2 : Whats the easiest way of solving case and getting easy marks from there ?November 25, 2010 at 8:04 pm #70918How many times do I have to say this????!!!! State the principle and put the case name ( in brackets ) after the principle
Why do you think you are going to ba asked to solve a case? This is not an exam for judges.
If you mean “How to answer a typical question 8 about a contract law scenario?” then I suggest you look at some of the ( many ) suggested solutions in the various revision kits. If you have a BPP kit, look at their suggested solutions. If you have a Kaplan kit, then look at the Kaplan suggested solutions. These publishers are not new to the game – they know what they are doing. Why are you asking me something which you can easily sort out for yourself?
Ask me questions like “Why ….?” or “How does this reconcile with ….?”
