respected sir,
the risk in goods sold in transit passes to the buyer from the time the contract is concluded.
what does this mean? what does the conclusion of the contract mean here?

A contract is concluded when all the appropriate terms of the contract have been negotiated and agreed upon – so when both sides have agreed upon their respective obligations under the contract
