hi. plz i want to know the treatment of unrealised profit in case of
up stream transaction
and
down stream transaction &effect in both financail statements.

Simply calculate the pup and, if there is an associate involved – either as buyer or seller – adjust for the pup in the ASSOCIATE’S records ( upstream or downstream, it doesn’t matter – ALWAYS adjust through the associate )
