I have been studying using the OT lectures which have been very helpful but I have noticed how the workings layout is different to the one in the Kaplan text book. i.e in OT notes the list of net assests and gw is in the same working and in Kaplan they have been seperated.
Which is the best way?

its best you separate goodwill from net assets in your computations for better understanding
