Would you be able to explain what the difference between the two are? Or are these two are in fact referring to the same thing?

There are generally two types of review or audit:
Post project review which looks at how the management of the project went eg costs, deadlines, functioning of the project team.
Post implementation review: had the project achieved its purpose, eg cost savings, greater customer satisfaction etc.
You use the term ‘post completion audit’. This is less common than the other terms and seems to be an alternative name to the post project review (though not all organisations use the terms in the same way!).
