Hi Mike,
I was just going through the syllabus and reconciling the notes having studied them using the lectures, (which I might add, are first class in comparison to the bulky textbooks)and there is a section in the syllabus for Human Rights I can not find within the notes & lectures? Am I missing it somewhere, or has this not been covered as OT is WIP and so it is required to be studied independently? I am also aware that it may be the case that this is unlikely to be examined and therefore neglected (as I appreciate some areas of the syllabus are more likely to be covered than others)?
The second part to my question; I have been learning the syllabus to ensure a wider knowledge. As we approach the exam, are there areas that are more likely to be examined than others from your experience?
Many Thanks,

I believe the HR section is covered BRIEFLY in the notes ( chapter 4? ) The basic facts are that David Kelly is not likely to ask a 10 marker on HR – but it’s covered. There are so many other areas where a 10 marker can be asked!
If you feel you need more than the notes give you, get back into the study text
