Sir normally in calculation of options, we make a table format where we compare the future price with the strike price and then determine whether to exercise the option or not. But here they only took the 94 as exercise price. Why were the other two not included ? If I included the other two would it be wrong?

No – if you had the time then it would be good to do it for all three strike prices.
Otherwise you only need to do it for one so as to prove that you know how options work.
