I was attempting June 2016 paper Question 3 and it currently says in the answer as a form of Interactivity (6 Is) “The interactivity should begin with the use of search engines, such that when a potential customer types ‘luxury holidays’ or ‘bespoke holidays’”. I was thinking, would it matter if it was ‘Google’ instead of ‘Search engines’?
I think that would be fine – many people use nothing else.
However, be wary about referring to less well known tools, events, companies etc.
Understood. Thanks.
