Hi,
How do we know the percentage of ownership for Anda and Kristina in the ivestment in Liene?
It only says that A and K bought shares on the same day at $2.0 ps., but doesn’t tell us how many. Can you help please?

The Kristina shareholding is easy – it’s simply $400 / $2 = 200 shares
Anda’s shareholding is a bit more difficult. We know the value of Anda’s investments in her SoFP. We know also the cost for Anda of the purchase of the Kristina shares. In addition, we are told that Anda has an investment in a painting by a local artist. If you deduct from the Anda investment figure the 595 investment in Kristina and the 68 picture, that will leave 80 investment unaccounted for. That must therefore be the cost of Anda’s investment in LIene.
Hope that that helps!
