In regards to the Employment Law chapter:
Kaplan Study text book states “Claims to employment tribunal within six months of dismissal”.
Whilst the Exam kit question 119 states that it is 3 months?
There follows an extract from Emma Wilkinson dated December 2017 from this webpage …
“https://medium.com/adviser/extending-time-for-employment-tribunal-claims-806f296ba8a8”
“The starting point is to calculate the original time limit. This will be three months less a day in most cases and six months less a day for redundancy pay ”
I don’t know if that helps
