There are quite a few missing lectures and outdated videos. Is there a time frame as to when they will be updated? I’m sitting the exam in June and I’m just checking to see whether it’s worth using another form of learning instead of relying on the videos!

The notes, lectures and videos are plenty to suit your requirements – they cover most likely greater than 90% of the marks in any F7 exam
Any topics not covered by videos (even though they are covered by course notes) have only a very slim chance of being asked
The material on site is more than sufficient for your needs
