please , could you advise me on these issue
i’ve order a f8 paper book from LSBF online , since 5th of september , but they haven’t send me yet , although i’ve made the related shippment payment related to it plus its cost (72 GBP),and i’ve received a confirmation of deduction the amount from my credit card service company .
they even don’t answer my emails , i’ve send around a million one , even i’ve called them but they don’t give me any answer , they seem even don’t know about my request ,please advise me what to do , time is passing , and i want starting studying this paper

Hi,
LSBF Customer Services is CRAP!.I also have bad experience, I would not go to LSBF or buying any thing in future at all.They do not respond to your emails & when you call they just hang up your phone or says person is on another call.
But when you are buying a course or book then thay are very nice but after taking money they will not come again on line.
So I would not recomend LSBF to any one not at all. But on the other hand BPP’s Customer services is very efficent, they respond you very quickly & do apologies if any thing go wrong.

LSBF, i am fed up of hearing all kind of complaints against that organisation. They just don’t care once you pay them …
E.g, Look at P1 – they have the same lectures and revisison since the past few semesters… they have not even had time to update the change of name to P1 on their interactive website.
E.g , Pay LSbf before the semester starts… you chase them for your log on details…. you chase them for your books….. exams arrives but your textbook never arrives….
LSBF — poor customer service and you phone call to them always last over 25 mins on average…. that only if u are lucky to be able to speak to someone..
Always read LSBF small prints and T&C…. ( there is a catch there…ALWAYS…)
Last but not least, i have noticed that a few LSBF staff creates ‘ new user ID’ and post messages about the pros of the organisation and even try to portray a very professional appearance of LSBF. It’s extremely misleading. You will easily notice them …..be extremely carefully when reading reviews as some may be misleading. ……. am sure they will reply to this link with full force but we are not stupid …..
