Dear all colleagues
I was very busy last two weeks at my work, & when I visit OT site I surprised that there were a lot of messages asking about;
P4 study group (how it work)
P4 free materials
Our time table for the study
So firstly please visit the here-below link to remind you that we’ve already refer to the mentioned time table which is according to ??? course notes (that I’ve already sent the first two parts of it by e-mail)any way, it’s supposed that we’ll finish the first 10 chapters this week (end Saturday 18 Sep 2010)
so please firstly visit this link & we’ll start the first study session today for all P4 colleaguessee you next post
so again we can change our time table to start this week the first session
this week (end on Saturday 18 Sep 2010) the first five chapters (Chapter 1 Stakeholders 1 / Chapter 2 Financial strategy development / Chapter 3 Dividend policy / Chapter 4 Capital structure and raising finance / Chapter 5 Risk management )
– second week (end on Saturday 25 Sep 2010) the second five chapters (Chapter 6 Investment appraisal I – DCF and the use of free cash flows / Chapter 7 Investment appraisal II – the impact of financing and adjusted present value / Chapter 8 Investment appraisal III – option pricing Chapter 9 International investment and financing decisions / Chapter 10 Capital investment and financial reporting)
– third week (end on Saturday 2 Oct 2010) Just four chapters (Chapter 11 Acquisitions and mergers / Chapter 12 Valuations / Chapter 13 Corporate reconstruction and reorganisation / Chapter 14 The economic environment for multinationals)

Dear colleagues
about our first study session (end Saturday 18 Sep 2010), you can post your questions, key points, recommend website or share with us by any materials you have
& at the end of this session every one will confirm that he already finished studying the targeted chapters (first five chapters of FTC course notes for first session)
& also we will discussing all related questions to those chapters according to our revision kit (BPP or FTC as you have)
& about the online study session (you can recommend your time & date – we’ll accepted)Note: for all colleagues who already recieved my first three e-mails
there are still remain another three parts of this course notes & also ??? passcards (& wait for any other materials may come soon)
So I’ll not send any file again for the lazy persons, if you want the remain files you should be an active member on our study session
You should confirm that you’ve finished studying the mentioned chapters (or more than those chapters) & to share us by your (questions or idea, news, websites, ….etc)
See you soon as I’ll not catch you on the first two sessions because I’m very busy at my work now & I have some family’s issues to follow up
