JIT implies low reorder cost. This statement is true but please can you explain

JIT doesn’t ‘imply’ anything.
However, one would assume that the reorder cost each time will be low for a JIT approach to be worthwhile adopting, because with a JIT approach there will be many more orders placed during the year.
