    I always find tough to handle business reorganization question, kindly advise how best to tackle such type of questions in the exam, like the one which came in December 2017 exams question one.

    I am afraid that there is not really a standard approach because it is really following the instructions in the question, and every question is different.

    All you can really do is practice every question on it in your Revision Kit, and learn from your mistakes.
