Translation gain/ loss

Hi sir,

I am really confused when to put translation gain/loss under gre and when under oce?

Referring to q ribby , hail and zian (june 8) in kaplan kit

I thought the exchange difference should always be under oce however in this q i saw it under gre

Plz clarify my mis understanding
