Dear sir,
I don’t clearly understand how marker allocate marks. For example for 10m question I was asked to analyse the value chain. I don’t know how many relevant point should I make to get full marks and how many marks I can get for each relevant point of analysis.

If the verb is ‘analyse’ then it seems that in general it id 1.5 marks per well explained point. Some elements of the value chain in the scenario will be more fruitful than others, so don’t treat each part equally.
I think is it probably more useful to say that 10 marks is about 20 minutes time to spend and for that you should aim to write at least 1.25 pages. Make your points succinctly so that you get lots in, but don’t just write two or three word phrases like:
Output logistics: own lorries
That is a simple description, not really an analysis. An analysis implies more, such as saying, perhaps, that this allows the company to carefully control deliveries, but might be an expensive method compared to using a logistics company.
