    Good morning sir!!!!
    Q1.
The existence of information content in dividends contradicts the idea that the stock market is strong-form efficient >>>> True.

    In answer sheet,
In strong form market, investors would know the reasons behind any changes in dividends, so there would not be any new information content in them.

    In my opinion,
Yes, there would be no new information as this is strong-form efficient. That’s why the phrase “the existence of information content in dividends is reversal against the strong form efficient” this is fine.

    2Q.

The existence of projects with positive expected net present values contradicts the idea that the stock market is strong-form efficient.

    In answer sheet,
EMH concerns share price, not whether good project exists, so the statement is false.

    In my opinion,
it is said that regardless of whether good project exists, EMH concerns share price…
    it means….
the option should be like “The existence of projects regardless of whether good project exists or not is compatible with strong form efficient” this sentence should be okay?

    1. If I understand you correctly, then you are happy with the answer to your first question.

    2. Yes – your sentence is OK 🙂
