Hi,
someone gave me their Kaplan exam kit for F7, but the latest exam that it was valid for was June 2017. will be ok for complete revision of this June 2018 sitting? will the question formats also be the same?

You will have no problems at all with using a 2017 revision kit – get stuck in as soon as you can to the mcqs – even though you feel that you don’t know the answers. You’ll know those answers after you’ve been through the questions a third and a fourth time
Don’t write your answers in the book itself – that way you can avoid being influence by your earlier efforts. Use a separate sheet of paper
And, whenever you come across something that you don’t understand, post on this Ask ACCA Tutor forum and I shall get back to you
