Hello!
I completed all papers including P1. I am wondering which is the best combination
of P modules to take for the Dec 2010 exam (excluding P6). One proposal is P2 and P3 and then two optional.
Another would be P2 and P7. I think I am stuck. Any suggestions?June 30, 2010 at 1:09 pm #64875Hi,
are you exempt from the progression rules?
If not you will still have to pay for P2 and P3 to be able to sit an option, even if you don’t intend to sit them.
July 1, 2010 at 8:51 pm #64876You cannot sit for optionals without passing core papers i.e P1,P2,P3. The other option is to sit core along with options. So I suggest that u take P2 & P3 this attempt and then optionals in next attempt.

You can sit for the options before the core papers if you applied before a certain date ( I think it might be 2008).. so it depends on when you joined the ACCA on what combinations you can do.

to be exempt from the progression rules you need to have been eligible to sit an option in June 2007, if you were not you have to sit P1-P3 first or pay for them to sit the options.
