Forums › ACCA Forums › General ACCA Forums › Anyone studying ACCA (UK) who are unemployed??
Hi.
Thought I’d start this topic because I am thinking of studying ACCA but I am currently unemployed and wondering if studying the qualification without the support of employers is enough for me to pass and hopefully get a job in the future??
Thanks.
you can definately be able to study and pass the exams but if you have a job it will make the study more easiy absorb becasue you can relate your work with your study.
in terms of whether you will get a job in the future, of course but then you cannot work as a qualified accountant becasue you do not have the experience.
i will suggest you to look for a job even a finance clerk role becasue then you will get the benefit of your co to pay for it as well as work experience.
I’m not sure which country you live, but in the UK agency is a very good place to get a job.
good luck and dont give up.
