I have recently enrolled for ACCA and would appreciate guidance on the following:
1. Advise on important topics to refresh/study under F2 and F3 – I have got exemptions for F1, F2 and F3. However I wanted to refresh and study the important topics under F2 and F3 which shall be useful for other exams in the course like F5, F7, F9 etc. Please advise the important topics or chapter nos that I should refresh.
2. For F4 – Corporate and Business Law – There are 2 variants for F4 – Global and English. Please advise the difference between the 2.

1. Advise on important topics to refresh/study under F2 and F3 – I have got exemptions for F1, F2 and F3. F2 – marginal & absorption costing, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting
F3 – double entry, preparation of financial statements, consolidation, ratiosReally though these will all be revised in the study materials for F5-F9, so if you already studied them before (which you must have to get the exemption) you don’t necessarily need to revise them before starting studying for your next exams.
2. For F4 – Corporate and Business Law – There are 2 variants for F4 – Global and English. Please advise the difference between the 2.
There are many variants of F4. Please see these recent topics where this has been discussed:
