I had a question about the different types of resolution, what purpose do each of these serve?
1. Ordinary Resolution
2. Ordinary Resolution with special notice
3. Special Resolution
4. Special Resolution with special notice(Also which of these are needed to appoint/fire an auditor and a director)

1) General business at an AGM
2) Remove auditor, director, appoint as auditor someone other than the retiring auditor, appoint auditor to fill a casual vacancy, confirm in appointment an auditor appointed in the mid-term by the directors to fill a casual vacancy
