UK combined code stresses that all the committes should consist entirely of NEDs.. However, practically that isnt the case if we look at listed large companies.. do we have to look the practical aspect too while we are discussing the corporate governance arrangements particularly with regards to NEDs.. & how about what singapre code of corporate governance says.. i.e majority of committee should be headed by NEDs ????
