An IRR graph with NPV on the Y axis and discount rate on the x axis will have a negative slope.
Sir I am not getting what the line is tryin to say.

It is showing how the NPV changes with different costs of capital.
I suggest that you watch the free Paper F2 lectures on this, because this is revision from Paper F2.

Plss explain the calculation of capital employed.Why the normal formulae not used?
I do not have the Kaplan Revision Kit – only the BPP Kit.
If it is a past exam question then tell me the date of the exam and then I will be able to find it.
