I know most of the concepts behind the F4, but when I look at the answers they include so many examples of cases which I hardly know. However, I get most of the relevant answers. Will this be enough to pass? The marking schemes just say good answers 5 points etc and the model answers seem to be too much waffle.
I am starting to panic now!June 2, 2010 at 10:04 pm #61784AnonymousInactive- Topics: 0

You’re not the only one.
June 4, 2010 at 8:14 am #61785if u know the point of law, it is sufficient. even if u look at marking schemes, the examiner has written “….. …. supported by case laws OR example” .. so make sure that u r able to make examples!
but i would advise u to learn few important cases (about 20).. because in exam it would be time saving to quote cases and their decisions, rather than writing a long example!
